Shared Space Rules & Etiquette

1. Be Considerate

  • Noise levels, shared spaces, and the people around you.

2. Noise & Calls

  • Keep calls at a reasonable volume; use meeting rooms for long sessions.
  • Please use headphones if on a call or listening to media.

3. Shared Spaces

  • If you use it, tidy it. If something breaks, let us know.

4. Desks & Offices

  • Respect others' belongings; clear shared desks at the end of the day.

5. Visitors

  • Business hours only (8am–6pm). You are responsible for your guests.

6. Security & Access

  • Fobs are for you only. Don't let unknown people "tailgate" in.

7. Personal Belongings

  • You’re responsible for your own kit. Lock up your valuables.

8. Food & Drink

  • Label fridge items; unlabelled items are cleared weekly.

9. Safety & Conduct

  • Professional activity only. Harassment is not tolerated.

10. If Something’s Not Working

  • Talk to us! We’d rather fix things early than let them fester.
